My Favorite Things - September 2026

First of all, apologies for the break in newsletters. September was a crazy busy month and I'm finally emerging out of the black hole that was the combination of work, wonderful trips, and the fatigue of changing seasons.

My favorite things from September

The Alumni Retreat with Wisdom Tree in Ferdinand, Indiana. It was lovely, with lovely people. I'm so grateful for the time we had. Watching this storm roll across the landscape was so beautiful.

2. Sorry for the “vague” post here, but I finally got clear on some big life changes that need to happen and I feel such a peace about them. I'll unpack more soon.

A rainstorm in the distance during sunset.

3. Getting some operational things together for my spiritual direction practice! Yes, that's right - I am seeing directees 1-on-1 now! If you'd like to chat to learn more, you can schedule a quick chat here.

4. It's finally fall-ish here in Nashville. I love fall. I pulled out my fall candles September 1st when it was still 95 degrees outside and miserable. We've had quite a dry, miserable summer. I'm hoping El Nino is kind to us.

5. I created a brand new, self-guided poetic retreat and I'm excited for you. You can access for free here.

I'll see you next week for a check-in on how your fall is looking and how we plan according to the seasons.
