Our loose outline for each sessionSession Format
The first week, we will take some time to do introductions, set the ground rules, and then we’ll follow this format.
Talk through how everyone is doing and see who has a topic for discussion.
Check-In - 5-10 minutesWe’ll take time to process 2-3 scenarios per session.
Processing Time - 60 minutesTakeaways - 10 minutesThe last 10 minutes we will talk through takeaways and action items.
We’ll take some time to transition back to whatever is next for us.

To make this more available to more people, I’m offering a sliding scale of $350-$500. The lowest amount is $350. The middle amount is $425. The highest amount is $500.

One part coaching, one part consulting.
In other words, I don’t strictly do coaching, which is more about you understanding your thought patterns.
I do occasionally ask you to examine your thoughts, but I also offer advice, frameworks and recommendations.

Meet the Facilitator
Anna Schmunk (here, in the front, with the bangs) has over 15 years of experience building software, with 10 of those years in a product management role. Now a VP of product management at a startup, she still works in the trenches building product while balancing business leadership on the executive team. In addition, Anna spent 4 years teaching hundreds of students as a Program Leader for the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern in the Product Management Certificate Program.
Additionally, Anna has professional training in listening from the Wisdom Tree Collective and Sage Hill. She loves seeing people thrive, and would describe her coaching style as “coach-sulting.”
